We welcomed our new cohort of apprentices this month in our colleges. They have spent their first week in college, before joining colleagues on the job. To help get them ready we welcomed guest speakers- Andy Quinn from BCC Cables and Matthew Spencer from Diamond Lighting, who shared their knowledge of their sectors, introduction to their products and product safety. Supplier visits like this are invaluable to their apprenticeship journey.
